Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Adam Brent began his real estate career in 1993 as CEO of Apolis Construction and Cardinal Roofing. Adam has been involved in many areas of the real estate industry, inducing the construction and development of office buildings, restaurants and new homes. Some of the notable projects were the revitalization of the urban downtown Indianapolis project and assisting Meridian Kessler and Mapleton-Fall Creek Neighborhood Associations. Adam joined a local real estate firm in 2005, and in 2011, Adam joined The Cohen-Zukerman team at Encore Sotheby's International Realty as Principals' Brokers Assistant. In this role, he works directly alongside Encore's principals as the point person on all transactions, focusing on every customer's every need. Whether he's working to secure the right investment property for investors, consulting with sellers, or guiding first time home buyers, he believes this process should be done with ease and efficiency, utmost professionalism, and integrity. Adam and his wife Rashel live in Indianapolis and are active in their community. Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and writing music.
